Bangalore
A social badminton session for 50+ where staying active never felt this enjoyable.
Badminton is easy to learn, light on the body, and enjoyable at any pace - one of the best ways to stay active without it ever feeling like exercise. Pick up a racket, keep a rally going, and somewhere along the way you'll realise you've been smiling the whole time.
No complex rules, no pressure to perform, no experience required. A guided, beginner-friendly approach means you'll feel comfortable from the first swing. You don't need to know the game - you just need to show up.
In the session, you will:
Be welcomed onto the court by our Host.
Start with a gentle warm-up before the first rally begins.
Learn basic rules and techniques through simple, guided steps.
Enjoy easy, relaxed rallies at your own pace.
Connect with fellow Marzians over shared laughs and missed shots.
How it flows:
Arrival & welcome: Settle in with warm-up session5.
Warm-up & basics: A gentle walkthrough of rules and technique, beginner-friendly throughout.
Light guided play: Easy rallies, gentle movement, no pressure, no rush.
Open play & connection: The game finds its rhythm, and so do the conversations.
Wind down & refresh: A relaxed close with refreshments and good company.
By the end of the session, you will leave more comfortable with the game than you expected, refreshed, and glad you tried something new with good company.
You don't need to know the game. You just need to show up. The rest takes care of itself.
