Forget perfect moves and fancy footwork. This is a space to laugh, move, and enjoy yourself alongside others who are here for the same reason.

In this session, you will:

• Warm-up first: Expect 10-15 minutes of light stretching, basic movement, and rhythm exercises to loosen up and settle any first-timer nerves before the real steps begin.

• Broken-down steps: The choreographer won't throw a full routine at you and expect you to catch up. Steps are taught in small chunks, then gradually linked together, so people at different comfort levels can follow along.

• Repetition, not perfection : You'll repeat the same sequence several times. The goal isn't nailing it in one go — it's letting muscle memory build through repeats.

• Modified moves for different levels : In a mixed-experience group, expect simpler variations for the trickier steps, so nobody feels stuck or left behind.

• A final run-through : Towards the end, you'll put it all together and dance the full piece at least once — usually the most rewarding part, where everything clicks.
