Some things are too real for small talk and too important to carry alone.

Circle of Strength is Marzi's most warm experience, a guided space where a small group of people come together not to perform or present, but simply to share, listen, and be heard. No advice giving. No fixing. No pressure to say more than feels right. Just a circle of people who understand that life at this stage comes with stories worth telling and that the right room makes all the difference.

It is easy to be a part of and gentle at every step. You can share as much or as little as you choose. You can speak, or you can simply listen. Both are equally valued here because sometimes the most powerful thing you can do in a room is simply show up and be present.

This experience is designed exclusively for the 50+ generation kept small and guided with great care throughout. The format is structured enough to feel safe and open enough to feel free. Every person in the circle is here for the same reason to feel a little less alone in what they are carrying, and a little more connected to the people around them. Our Circle of Strength sessions are among our most quietly powerful experiences, and the ones people speak about long after they end.

This session's reflection topic — Father's Day Special

If your father could hear you today, what would you want him to know?

A question that carries a lifetime inside it. Whether your relationship with your father was simple or complicated, close or distant, complete or unfinished there is something in this room worth saying out loud. And people here who will truly hear it.

In the session, you will

Be welcomed into a warm setting as food and drinks are served calm, unhurried, and immediately safe

Settle into the circle with a gentle guided opener that makes the room feel comfortable before the first word is shared

Engage in meaningful conversation and reflective activities led by a warm, experienced Marzi host

Share a memory, a feeling, an unsaid word, or a small moment that stayed with you or simply listen as others do

Connect with fellow Marzians through empathy, understanding, and the quiet power of being truly heard

Leave the circle feeling lighter than when you walked in

Share as much or as little as feels right. Speak, or simply be present. Every way of being in this circle is equally welcome and equally valued.

Arrival & settling in - Walk in, find your place in the circle, and let the warmth of the room do the rest. Food and drinks served as everyone arrives. A calm, grounding start before the first word is spoken.

Opening gentle introductions, A guided opener that eases the room into the space slowly and safely. No pressure, no spotlights, no going around the circle before it feels ready.

The circle of reflection & sharing, The heart of the session. The topic is introduced. Stories begin to surface. Moments that seemed small reveal themselves to be anything but. The room listens in a way that most rooms never do.

Open sharing & connection - The structure softens and the conversation finds its own natural depth. This is where the most unexpected and most remembered moments tend to happen.

Closing reflection & warm goodbye - A gentle, intentional close that honours everything that was shared. A moment to breathe, to acknowledge the room, and to leave with something that stays.

By the end of the session, you will - Feel heard in a way that is quietly rare. You will leave feeling supported, emotionally lighter, and more connected to a group of people who reminded you that the things you carry are not as heavy when someone else understands the weight. Some words that were never said will finally have been spoken — and that is no small thing. You came into the circle as yourself. You leave as part of something a little larger.

A note before you join

Circle of Strength is a safe, non-judgmental space. Everything shared within the circle stays within the circle. No advice is given unless asked for. This session touches on personal relationships and memories that may carry deep emotion — please be gentle with yourself and others throughout. If you have any concerns about joining, please reach out to the Marzi team before the session. We are here for you.

You did not run out of things to say to your father. You just needed the right room to tell them in.
