From grief and loss to growing older and the thoughts we keep to ourselves, Circle of Strength is a warm, safe space to speak openly, feel heard, and know you’re not alone.

In this session you will:

• Sit with a small group of people at a similar stage of life, guided gently by a Marzi host

• Talk about what's actually been sitting with you -grief, loss, anxiety, or anything else you rarely get to voice.

• Listen without needing to fix and speak without needing to justify.

• Leave a little lighter, having said something you've maybe never said out loud before."

A good conversation, real company, and an evening that's easy to look forward to doing again.

Not a solution -just the relief of being understood, and a few people who now know a real part of your story.
