How it flows:

0–15 min: Welcome & icebreaker - Arrive, settle in. Coffee and food served. A gentle opener that makes strangers feel familiar, fast.

15–75 min: Guided conversation & interactions - The heart of the session. Thoughtful prompts, real stories, easy exchanges. This is where you start to feel it.

75–105 min: Open community time - Unhurried. Warm. The part most people say they didn't want to end.

105–120 min: Wrap-up & group photo - A warm close and a photo to mark the room — and the people in it.
