There are things most people don't get to talk about often - losing someone, the weight of getting older, the anxious thoughts that show up at 3am, the grief nobody checks in about after the first few months. Not because these things don't matter, but because there's rarely a room built for saying them out loud.
Circle of Strength is that room. A small, guided gathering for people who want to speak honestly about the harder parts of life - without needing to perform, explain themselves, or worry about being too much.
In this session you will:
Sit with a small group of people at a similar stage of life, guided gently by a Marzi host.
Talk about what's actually been sitting with you - grief, loss, anxiety, or anything else you rarely get to voice.
Listen without needing to fix, and speak without needing to justify.
Leave a little lighter, having said something you've maybe never said out loud before.
A good conversation, real company, and an evening that's easy to look forward to doing again. Not a solution - just the relief of being understood, and a few people who now know a real part of your story.
Not everything needs fixing. Sometimes it just needs saying. Your Circle is waiting for you.
